Scholarship
Any FCC high school senior interested in applying for the Mission Assistant Fund Scholarship should let the Mission Committee know by February 11th. The $1000 scholarship will be given to a student attending college related to the mission ministry. See Steve Frazer or Keith Cohoon for more information.
Be A Mentor
If you would like to participate in Study Connect please see or call Phil Koenig. Study Connect will link you with a child at Needham Elementary School. You will meet every Thursday afternoon with the child to assist with homework and serve as a positive adult role model in his/her life. Needham has children on a waiting list and is very happy that we at FCC have people wanting to volunteer. Training will be held February 7th at 6:30pm at the library.
Membership Class
There will be a 3-week Membership Class for those interested in becoming a member of FCC. Please see Pastor Daniel if you would like to take the class.
Men’s Ministry
The Men’s Ministries Mini Conference has moved from April the 14th to April the 21st. The Mini conference will feature Dr. Jim Fain CEO of Rod and Staff Ministries. Breakfast will be served at 8am followed by three seminars covering topics for men only. The conference ends at 12 noon and all should be home mowing lawns by 1pm.
The Men’s Ministry Team is organizing a Men’s Mission Trip to Costa Rica April 24 – May 1. If you are interested in joining them, please turn in your application and $100 deposit as soon as possible. For questions about the trip, please contact Cal Nelson or any member of the Men’s Ministry Team.
